"Back to the Roots" We were featured in the New York-based American Essence Magazine for a deep dive into the "Epoch" of our farm. This national feature followed Nikki’s journey of planting heirloom trees on our North Idaho homestead and the "soulful" revolution of returning to traditional food ways. The book features Nikki’s personal recipe for New England Style Apple Dumplings, showcasing how our Apple Cider Caramel is used by artisan bakers to create professional-level flavor at home.
