Celebrate the Harvest of History

Step into our center preservation orchard during the golden hour of Autumn. Surrounded by apple trees growing "genetics-of-old," you will experience a true, candlelit farm-to-table dining experience under the stars. This is more than a meal; it is an abundant feast consisting of hyper-local ingredients sourced either directly from our soil or from neighboring farms within a 10-15 mile radius.

The Historical Apple Tasting

The absolute highlight of the evening is the guided tasting of our most curious and historic apple varieties. As Nikki leads the gathering, each guest is presented with a sampling of heritage apple slices. With each taste, a rich story is provided:

• Who discovered and named the variety? * Where did it come from centuries ago? * What was its historical significance? We share this critical knowledge so that these antique apples—and their stories—will never be forgotten.

An Authentic North Idaho Menu Following the tasting, enjoy a menu featuring our own orchard-raised chicken, forest-raised heritage pork, sublime mixed green salads, and Nikki’s famous raw honey-roasted carrots. Accompanied by local brews, hard ciders, and the sound of local musicians dancing through the trees, it is an intimate atmosphere designed for milestone birthdays, date nights, or a quiet evening with dear friends.
